Biographies 

The Revd Derwyn Williams - Born in Oxfordshire to Anglo-Welsh parentage, Derwyn Williams studied at Cambridge and trained for ministry at Cuddesdon before beginning his ministry in St Albans diocese in 1994.  He served in Harpenden, St Albans and Sandy, Bedfordshire, before coming to St Michael’s in 2013. 

The Revd Derek Hinge - married to Pauline with three adult sons, grew up in New Malden, Surrey; early Christian influence from local church and Crusaders (now called Urban Saints); studied Chemistry at Imperial College, London University; worked for a few years in the Scientific Civil Service, and then for 25 years in the water industry.  Licensed as a Diocesan Reader 1965, and then ordained in 1989 as a Self-Supporting Minister (SSM) to serve as an assistant priest in St Michael's.  Now retired with the Bishop's Permission to Officiate (PTO).  Deanery Adviser for Readers; trained as a spiritual director with particular interest in ways of praying and personality.  Leads marriage preparation courses; always seeks to encourage churches working together (CTBS).  Interested in issues around science and faith.  Sporting interests: badminton, swimming and bowls.

The Revd June Knight - worked for several years as the Group Administration Manager for a London-based firm of Chartered Accountants before being ordained priest in 1994.  Before joining the staff team at St. Michael's in 1999 she served at Stanstead Abbotts and Albury.  June has three children and 5 grandchildren - one of her daughters is also a priest working in the Chelmsford Diocese, and her daughter, June's granddaughter, has just been accepted for ordination training.

Rob Klincke - was born and brought up in South London.  His professional career was in HR, particularly Payroll Services, and he became Customer Services Manager for his company for the whole of the UK.  He came to St Michael's in 1994 and was licensed as a Lay Reader in 2006.  He is married to Jenny and together they both enjoy travel, especially to India.
